Role & Responsibilities

vidIQ is seeking a highly-motivated Affiliate Manager with 2+ years of hands-on SaaS experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with the ability to foster strong business relations. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates to vidIQ’s network, managing and building strong business relations, and reviewing and optimizing account performance to increase volume.

You must be highly collaborative and a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as it will be integral in communicating information across a range of internal and external partners.

As an experienced Affiliate Manager, you will bring new ideas to help expand the program and capture untapped revenue, as well as track and report on your progress and assess the effectiveness of new strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of YouTube and YouTuber culture
  • Must have proven experience of managing affiliates for a SaaS company
  • Experience with onboarding affiliates into a Saas marketing program
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved
  • Recruit and train new affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program
  • Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities
  • Develop affiliate marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes
  • Analyze program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
  • Manage the affiliate budget including commission and budget spend
  • Ensure that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong team management and partnership management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
